About the Event
The official wedding ceremony takes place on Saturday the 6th of February 2021. On this day we invite you to join us celebrate and witness our union in a traditional Hindu ceremony.
In traditional fashion the Baraat (groom's party) will arrive at the venue at 9:30am. The Baraat will make its way from the venue entrance to inside the venue while singing and dancing.
From there we head inside for a 2 hour religious ceremony. During this time guests will be seated.
Upon the conclusion of the ceremony lunch will be served.
After lunch, the dancing and celebrations continue until the Bidaai (bridal exit) at 1:45pm.
The venue is in Bicentennial Park and is located 15 minutes by walk from either Concord West or Olympic Park Station. Free special event parking is also available at the venue.
Your presence at our wedding is honestly the best present we could ask for. If you do wish to give us a gift, we will have a wishing well there on the day.
We understand that a lot of things are very uncertain at the moment, but one thing is clear – the health of our loved ones is our priority. Should the maximum number of people who can attend the wedding ceremony be further restricted by the Australian government, we will get in contact with you.
